I need a style to cover my scar it is between my ear and cheeks i have hair length up to my shoulders actually a bit under any ideas? and oh ya my hair is wavy\ curly but i could make it stright if u have any ideas for only straight thank you very much

i would say flaunt it! but if you are really self conscience about it try covering it with makeup or leave your hair down.

you could also buy some scar fading stuff from a pharmacy.

Be proud of your scar, it defines who you are and i have it on good authority that men are less attracted to women who hide their faces and are self-conscious, although i do understand that it is easier said than done.

I've been wearing my hair natural for the past 2 yrs. However, I do press my hair. I braid my hair in the summer (simpler), and the other times my hair holds a press for at least 4-5 weeks. So, I wear it in a wrap style. I spiral curl it every once in a while too. I also wear pony-tails and pin-ups. I do plan on trying the strand twists soon. Happy hair trails!

I usually wear it natural cuz its naturally wavy :) sometimes when i want a change it i flat iron it. I also put in a curl boosting product (mousse) and leave in conditioner. Right now im wearing it wavy like natural (it as layers) and a black headband in :D Merry Christmas!!

Im in desperate need of a new hairstyle and need some inspiration. At the moment my hair is about 5 inches past my shoulders, dark brown and naturally very thick and curly (although I usually straighten it with irons)

Please post a pic of any hair style you think is cute, cool or sexy, I don't mind the length, type of bangs, colour or anything just 2 requirements - pleeeeease no emo!! and a style that would look nice straight or curly (on those days when I can't be bothered lol)

if your hair is curly, let it be. Don't straighten it. One of the most important rule is not to go against your hair type. So you work your curls! Let me recommend u some really hot and sexaaaay style!! Here you go

I have found that long layers are the tried and true way to a great do. Heres why:

* if your hair is naturally curly it looks really good because it will look thicker

* you can flip it and it looks amazing!

*if you have highlights they will pop

*at the end of the day if all else fails you can pull it in a piny tail and be done with it!!

If I were you I would get some really ferce highlights like a few different shades of red and leave as much length as possible because short do's are harder to maintain and take more work.

I like to wear my hair curly in the summer so I don't have to straighten after going to pool and so I can wash more often. In winter and when going out I like my hair straight. Do you have any suggestions on what products I can use for either style?

If you were all the way black you would know to use the good old straitening comb. You use it in the winter and when you are ready to go back curly you just wash it adn the curls come back in. For a more permanent strait look try a mild relaxer.

Dark and Lovely has mild, regular and super relaxers.

for curly hair just use some scrunching mousse and good strong gel

for straight hair all you really need is a straightener and if your hair is hard to straighten then try getting some straightening shampoo.
