BUT I need the names of some excellent products that help with frizzing, volume, texture, and something that can help my friend achieve that style. (She has kind of soft/curly/frizzy hair)

Herbal Essences products.. adn rite aid next to the hair sprays sum products htat are all about frizz

i have that kind of hair...

so with silk therapy by biosilk...to flatten it out..

then go with some good gel..like L.A. looks they have extra hold gel..its blue..

well. i have reallyyyyyyyy frizzy hair. like unbeliveable. and some things i use when its curly is garnier fructis hard curl gel and hard hold hair spray. and if i want it straight i use a chi straighner and treseme heat sprays. hope i helped!!
