Help me please on my hair!!! straight?

i would just wear it down and straight...but im not sure if that would cover it...worth a try...

Help me please on my hair!!! straight?

lets see a straightner or use one of those hair things that hold your hair back but with the bow at the end

Help me please on my hair!!! straight?

id make it straight so nothing could be seen

Help me please on my hair!!! straight?

go to cvs and get kristophe hair straightner

Help me please on my hair!!! straight?

i would say flaunt it! but if you are really self conscience about it try covering it with makeup or leave your hair down.

Help me please on my hair!!! straight?

try some heavy side bangs.

Help me please on my hair!!! straight?

get a side fringe and straighten your hair.

you could also buy some scar fading stuff from a pharmacy.

Be proud of your scar, it defines who you are and i have it on good authority that men are less attracted to women who hide their faces and are self-conscious, although i do understand that it is easier said than done.

Sistas: who wears their hair natural?

if you wear your hair natural, in what style are you currently wearing it?

right now i'm rocking a wicked twist out...sort of a curly afro =]

Sistas: who wears their hair natural?

I've been wearing my hair natural for the past 2 yrs. However, I do press my hair. I braid my hair in the summer (simpler), and the other times my hair holds a press for at least 4-5 weeks. So, I wear it in a wrap style. I spiral curl it every once in a while too. I also wear pony-tails and pin-ups. I do plan on trying the strand twists soon. Happy hair trails!

Sistas: who wears their hair natural?

natural. it's actully dripping wet right now =) just had a shower.

Sistas: who wears their hair natural?

I'm learning to do my own cornrows.. It's hard! Props to you for wearing it natural... Too many women getting their hair relaxed, I think. You should work what God gave you!

Sistas: who wears their hair natural?

Im in desperate need of a new hairstyle and need some inspiration. At the moment my hair is about 5 inches past my shoulders, dark brown and naturally very thick and curly (although I usually straighten it with irons)

Please post a pic of any hair style you think is cute, cool or sexy, I don't mind the length, type of bangs, colour or anything just 2 requirements - pleeeeease no emo!! and a style that would look nice straight or curly (on those days when I can't be bothered lol)

Thanks :)

pleeeeease post a particular pic though, not a hair site!!

You decide?

if your hair is curly, let it be. Don't straighten it. One of the most important rule is not to go against your hair type. So you work your curls! Let me recommend u some really hot and sexaaaay style!! Here you go

You decide?

I have found that long layers are the tried and true way to a great do. Heres why:

* if your hair is naturally curly it looks really good because it will look thicker

* you can flip it and it looks amazing!

*if you have highlights they will pop

*at the end of the day if all else fails you can pull it in a piny tail and be done with it!!

If I were you I would get some really ferce highlights like a few different shades of red and leave as much length as possible because short do's are harder to maintain and take more work.

Good Luck!

Sweepy bangs?

I just cut my bangs to get the "sweepy" style. The problem is that I have curly hair and I know that bangs don't go well with curls. What can I do to work with this when I style my hair curly?

Sweepy bangs?

try the L Salon one on this website:

http://www.latest-hairstyles.com/bangs/s...

or the Hilary Duff one on this website:

http://www.latest-hairstyles.com/bangs/p...

=]

Sweepy bangs?

straighten your bangs and leave the rest of your hair curly

Sweepy bangs?

you should straighten your bangs and leave the back curly.

that would look really cute.

Sweepy bangs?

just straighten your bangs!

Sweepy bangs?

well u can have ur hair curly but straighten out ur bangs or comb it good wit moose and the it should nice

Sweepy bangs?

try pinning your bangs back with bobby pins and leaving the rest of your hair down and curly!

I'm mixed (black/white) what do i do with my hair?

I like to wear my hair curly in the summer so I don't have to straighten after going to pool and so I can wash more often. In winter and when going out I like my hair straight. Do you have any suggestions on what products I can use for either style?

I'm mixed (black/white) what do i do with my hair?

If you were all the way black you would know to use the good old straitening comb. You use it in the winter and when you are ready to go back curly you just wash it adn the curls come back in. For a more permanent strait look try a mild relaxer.

Dark and Lovely has mild, regular and super relaxers.

I'm mixed (black/white) what do i do with my hair?

for curly hair just use some scrunching mousse and good strong gel

for straight hair all you really need is a straightener and if your hair is hard to straighten then try getting some straightening shampoo.

I'm mixed (black/white) what do i do with my hair?

I have the same kind of hair. The best products to use when wearing your hair naturally curly is CHS products. Go to frizzoff.com

Any ideas?

my hair is very similar to my avatar and has been for as long as i can remeber. it is naturally curly. i would really like a new hair style but the trouble is when its shorter it goes abit frizzy and big! anyone got any suggetions for a new hair style??

Any ideas?

Why change it ? If it's like your avatar It must be fantastic!

Any ideas?

best thing is to ask a good hairdresser or go to your local college if they have a beauty dept as the lecturers have years of experience in this area and would be able to advise u on what would suit you ok

Any ideas?

mohican

Any ideas?

My friend has the same kind of hair... She cut hers to her shoulder with layers and added some color... She uses her flat iron and curling iron for straight hair, or just lets it go for her super curls... Either way it's cute!!

Any ideas?

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

tendency towards waviness (but not curls)?

I feel like it's just "in the middle" - not curly, not straight. Not fine and limp, not thick and lustrous.

Products, tricks, anything?

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

omg i have the same type of hair! when i blow dry it, it's straight. if its not poofy, straighten it it won't take long. if it is poofy, use an anti frizz serum or something and leave it wavy.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

mousse would do it, and just crunch it up and blow dry it, it will give you that nice effect.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

Your Hair Sounds just like MINE!!! I suggest using a flat iron and part your hair to the side........ it looks sooo soo pretty i got many compliment's!!

P.S I suggest adding side swept bangs.. i Did bout a week ago an it looks even better :)

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

get a bore hair brush .mines the same way. if i want it curly i kink it while drying then spray with shine control. if iwant straight hair (of course pantene or biolage best shampoo), i use heat pretector after washing then blow dry spray more heat protector tjhen flat iron then you can curl and its just beautiful. main thing shine cintrol and bore hair brush.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

shave it all off go bald! Start over.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

I have this same problem, but it does have an advantage, If you want curly hair apply some Curling Mousse I use Tresme and blowdry, it will nataully curl. If I want straight hair, I blow dry it then pull 1/2 of my hair up and straighten the bottom and work my way up. But When I let it air dry, well thats just a big disaster.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

Get a Chi flat iron. It is the best flat iron to use to get pin straight hair, and you can do just about any flip curl feather with it. Because it is so good at straightening in one pass over, there's less heat damage.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

sounds like good hair to me. you have body in it. go with it. dont fight it

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

Smooth it down with hot rollers. Like Conair or Clairol Hairsetter w/20 curlers. Use a paddle brush to smooth it out and a vent brush to touch up.When you get it styled the way you love finish with spritzer for llloonnng! hold. This will only take ten minutes on dry hair.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

Hair serum, frizz control products. I have it like that, That's what I use I also use pomade from pantene or nexus. The anti-frizz works best at least for me if I put it on after I shower, when hair is still completely wet.

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

You could just put it in a simple pony tail or go to 'www.hair-styles.com' or go to 'www.google.com and type in best hairstyle for thick hair.GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

OKAY HI MY NAME IS KENDRA AND I KNOW HOW IT FEELS

WELL TERE IS LOTS OF WAYS 2 BUT MY FAVERITE IS THE A LITTLE BANGS OUT AND A NEAT PONY TAIL OR A HALF PONY TAIL WHAT EVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT

What is the quickest way to style hair that is thick (lots of it) but fine, with a?

just straighten it and put a headband on works evey time

I really want "scene hair" but I am not good at styling my hair. Help!!?

I have frizzy, thick, wavy(but I can make it straight when I straighten it) brown, down to the middle of my back, boring layered cut hair. I don't know how to style my hair for the life of me...I flip my hair upside down and put gel and scrunch it to make it curly and then put it on top of my head...and thats all I know how to do and I where it like that everyday.. I need a change help me!!

oh don't know what scene means?

look it up at urbandictionary.com

I really want "scene hair" but I am not good at styling my hair. Help!!?

Go to a salon and ask for advice. Try ones that are downtown, not neccesarily ones that are in the mall (although some mall salons are fine too) they should figure out the best cut for your facial shape, texture, thickeness, and possibly consider getting your hair professional straightened. Bring in pictures of hairstyles you like. Some ideas include razored bangs and layers. Dont cut your hair yourself if your not 100 percent confident, the extra money to get it professionally done is well worth it.

Is Curl shaping spray gel good for people with natural hair ?

I bought Garnier Fructis style with fruit Micro-waxes, Curl Shaping spray gel, curl defining (strong) this all one product. To use on my African American/Spanish Hair. When I get out the shower my hair is curly but once I blow dry it's straight. What should I do?

Is Curl shaping spray gel good for people with natural hair ?

You should stop blow drying your hair. Direct heat is bad for all types of hair, especiall African-American.

Girls..i want a complete new look!?

Hey i am 14 years old for the past few years my hair has been changed loads but i want a look that can stay in for a while

i have naturally very curly hair and i'm an african princess (ghanian) any way i need new hair style ideas...and make up tips i am half-cast

i am tan with brown eyes a widish face a widish nose and big hair and long legs lol =D

i have naturally quite afro hair it's not complete afro it's just really thick and curly!

i have spots on my forehead so i want to get something that could cover them (don't worry i will get them sorted out)

i just want something fresh and new..at the minute i have a side fringe but it's going away..i want something new and awesome please help thanks ..it would make my day ;)

make up ideas would help to thanks xxxxx

Girls..i want a complete new look!?

Hey i was thinking, you could leave hair as is but maybe just have the side fringe cut again. If you were to have a different style it could be a lot of hard for you to upkeep it. Since you are 14 you may not have loads of time to keep styling it every day. You could get pretty hair accessories-anything that represents your personality. You can change the accessories from week to week without the hassel.

For the spots use clearsil every day to wash face with and use a spot cream or a gel barrier cream on the spots every evening before you go to bed. They will clear up by themselves.

Makeup- Because you have tanned skin brown eyes etc i think a bright green eye shadow would look really great. It will bring out your brown eyes. Also for a natural look you could just use a glitter eye pencil on your eye lid and then keep your lips a neutral colour. My friend does this who has the same kind of hair as yours as well tanned skin and brown eyes! She always looks beautiful.

Visit this site- beautyDen.com for advice on hair, makeup etc for all skin types.

Personally i would go for a natural fresh look beacause you are young.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

what are some good shampoos and conditioners also some styling products for VERY dry hair that is very curly I have spent tons of money on different things but nothing seems to help I u se to have very nice hair but i chemically straightened it and dyed it a couple times now its ruined

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

I love Aussie Hair Insurance!

Also, I know this sounds nasty, but it ROCKS....put mayonnaise in your hair and let it sit there for about an hour before washing it out (focus on the ends especially)....it really makes hair soft! :)

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

try REDKEN this brand has all types of shampoos, and conditioners you can also try KERASTASE really since i have 18 i use these products and i have my hair really healthy..

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Dove is a good brand to use.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Humectress products. Made for very dry hair.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

I also have thick, dry, curly hair. I have been using a product from QVC called Ojon. Check it out. My hair is doing great it is practically frizz free and is not breaking off like it was. They have a whole line of products but I just use the Ojon treatment. Good Luck!

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

I have dry hair myself and found this great product that does not make my hair to greasy. It is called bio silk oil. you can find it any salon. there are other brands not so expensive, but I have found that the bio silk works the best.

Hope I could Help.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

try using products for ethnic hair. mizani works well. that's what i use on my clients - even white clients - with dry or coarse hair.

also, towel dry before conditioner. conditioners have oil and oil and water don't mix.

shampoo every other to every 3rd day.

hey org.xena i have a case of bio silk you can HAVE. i can't stand that stuff. it makes my back break out. none of my clients like it either. it's o.k. for thin , fly away hair, though.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

here's a little secret every night for 2 weeks massage 100% extra virgin olive oil into your scalp and use a spray bottle to dampen then lenght of your hair pay attention to the very dry ends, cove it with a sleeping cap and wash it out in the morning after two weeks your hair will be shiney, health, full and will not be dry.. repeat every 6 months!!!

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

you could try deep-conditioning every few months, when my hair gets very dried out thats what i do, but you have to be careful what kind you get. some of them make your hair way to oily. you could also try garnier fructise (sp?) thats what i use and it works great

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Bumble and Bumble products are pricey but GREAT.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Try someplace like Sally Beauty Supply. I once tried this deep conditioning treatment from there. It comes in a little glass tube and you break the tip off then massage it into your hair. Anyway, go to a supply store and ask someone there. If your hai is super dry you might want professional help.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Aussie Hair Insuance!!!!!!

Works wonders!!!

Also

Aussie dual personality leave in conditionar plus Frizz control works wonders

" Go for the hair insurance"

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

I like the Pantene shampoo that is a volumizer and has both shampoo and conditioner in it. For conditioning soak your hair in a water bath with Jojoba oil for about 5 minutes before you wash it. Or you could try Pantene Pro-V Frizz Down Deep moisturizing Treatment.

The sad truth is a lot of hair dyes (especially cheap ones) and straighteners can ruin your hair. For some reason Aveda products did that to me, even though I had used them in a professional salon for several years before. Maybe they changed the formula, or maybe my hair or body chemistry changed.

In any case the best you could probably do is to keep it shorter now for a while until the old damaged hair grows out. If you can afford it get a hair dresser who really knows what they are doing and is not locked into a specific product line.

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

try Pantene or Dove

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Go to an Aveda salon and talk to someone there, just at the recpetion desk. They will help you figure out whats not working for you and your hair and find something that helps YOU. Their products are higher priced than some but they are all natural and work. Its like THERAPY for your hair. And I don't even buy into the whole "salon" thing. But Aveda is good stuff.

http://www.aveda.com/whatsnew/whatsnew.t...

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Pantene pro v and garnier fructis

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

I know someone just like you. Use a shampoo called CHI and conditioner also buy a CHI iron gaurd spray you spray it on and protects your hair from the iron. It's really good and works! www.haircareusa.com/farouk_chi.htm [copy %26amp; paste this in the box]

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

Really, the best way to combat dry and unmanagable hair is to begin on the inside. Are you drinking 32 ounces of water a day? If not, go to your nearest container store (actually called The container store) They carry a water bottle that actually holds 32 ounces of water for like 5 bucks. That way you know you are drinking the correct amount each day. You should also take a women's multivitamin and a biotin supplement. Trust me these things will help over time! Now, to deal with whats on your head I would recommend weekly hot oil treatments with jojoba oil (purchase at the vitamin shoppe or GNC) The stuff is AMAZING. For weekly deep conditioning, take one avacado and peal it. Mash up the avacado, mix with one egg and some olive oil. Put on your hair (focusing on the ends) and leave on for one hour with a shower cap, if you have a hood dryer you can also sit under it for 20 minutes. Follow by shampooing and conditioning this stuff out of your hair. I use natural shampoos and conditioners form the vitamin shoppe. I bought Jojoba shampoo and conditioner for a total of 6 bucks from the shop and it works great. Make sure you are trimming your ends every 8-10 weeks to get rid of your dead ends. I hope you have stopped chemically straightening your hair as i was forced to do years ago. Instead I use a 1inch ceramic iron to straighten my naturally kinky-curly hair. It works great and wont frizz out my ends. This iron costs about a hundred bucks but is well worth the price. There are cheaper ones on the market but they are usually made with ceramic coated plates which dont work as well and wont protect your hair from heat damage. Some great irons include the Chi and the maxiglide. Both are sold at bed bath and beyond! Good luck

What are some good hair products for VERY dry hair?

I havedry hair but good products are Motions shampoo and conditioner, Olive oil shampoo and conditioner, and Paul Mitchel.

Also Olive oil moistirizer is good.

What kind of hair is in???

Like:

-style

-curly, straight

-short, long

-colour?

Thanks

Peace閳借 妯嗛埦?br>What kind of hair is in???

Messy curls with angle bangs, long is back

What kind of hair is in???

well, were i live, its really straight shiny hair with half bangs (any length) for under 20s, shoulder lenght for 20+ and short hair for 30+

What kind of hair is in???

Apparently, bald. Britney's doing it.

What kind of hair is in???

the whole beachy wave look is pretty hot right now, keeping more on the short side with several layers, that looks good straight too. for the color, keeping it looking natural is key, no one likes a fake blond or a wannabe red head

What kind of hair is in???

bangs are really big right now.

straight.

long.

dark.

What kind of hair is in???

yeah curly or straight with side straight bangs %26amp;%26amp; volume. oh %26amp;%26amp; dark colors too burgandy[sp] is quite in for some reason

What kind of hair is in???

right now its like the mid-length kind of hair. not to long, and not to thin. also, side bangs are DEFINTLY in and have been for quite a while. dying the bottom layers of your hair to a different color and leaving the rest of your hair is in. like, for example the bottoms [not the roots, like the hair that is under the outside of you hair]. people like dying it a bold color like [dirty blonde; red; green; etc any color] and keeping the shade of the rest your natural color or a different color.

curly isn't really in, but somewhat wavy hair is. like, not the untamed wavy but the wavy that is fashionable. you can get this by using a straightening iron.

also, the style of hair is that some use bobby pins to make the top of their hair puff up. somewhat of a mowhawk.

so yes, basically thats that. =)

also, you're the same age as me and a lot of the girls i see that have the styles that i described

What kind of hair is in???

The "in" style at this very minute, is as it was yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Style your hair, for your LIFESTYLE. Your hair may be short, long, curly, or straight. It may be any color of the rainbow, or virgin.

Do you have a long, or short neck? what is the shape of your face? What is your body type? Are you athletic? How much time do you commit when styling your hair?

My advice is, keep your hair clean, conditioned, and have it trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks to avoid split ends.

I recommend a medium length: long enough to pull back, and

wear up or down, thus giving a greater variety of styling choices.

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

i have really curly hair and it's pretty thick. but i want scene hair. what can i do to make it thinner and relax it and stuff. and how do i style my hair after i get it cut. i want the scene style.

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

Too be honest i think you shouldn't ruin your hair. Sounds beautiful. And no offense, but scene hair is fully ming!

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

I have that problem. I usually just straighten it. It makes us feel like all those other little perfect hair girls running around.

p.s. be sure to use heat protecters if you begin to straighten often.

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

i don't know about the curly thick part but go 2 photobucket and type in scene hair and take it to a stylist and ask them and let them do it.

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

what is scene hair !!??!!

isnt it weird that im asking u the ?

lol

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

Garneir Sleek and Shine! Works every time! CHI straighner. WORKS every time. GOOD LUCK

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

only if you invest in a really good straightener...

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

Try to find a stylist who know the carve and slice method for making curly hair thinner and lay neatly.

The method is described in this link:

http://www.mktgsols.com/images/pdf/ca12....

I have other links for pics of curly hairstyles that might give you some starter ideas.

Ok i have really thick curly hair but i want scene hair.. do you think i could do it??

you can still have the "scenester" hair style without pin straight hair; it just take a bit more creativity. my best friend has awesome almost-afro hair, but still manages to pull off the scene look.

basically, don't straighten all or any of your hair. it is beautiful. leave it that way.

try straight across bangs as opposed to sideswept, but that really depends on your own personal choice.

you can still have layers, they're just more difficult to cut if you're going to do it yourself at home. i recommend going to a professional salon, and personally, i think the best line of salons that are still reasonably priced (as in over fifty, but usually under two hundred) is the paul mitchell line. the stylists are also super nice.

go for two or three toned hair. trust me, it'll look hella sick with curly hair.

Anyone have any pics or ideas off haircutts that?

Ok i have reallllly curly hair!!!

And this is what i was thinking..

my hair when its straight goes down to almost the end of my back..

So i was thinking of cutting my hair to a little under shoulder length and keep it straight all the time..

Also i was thinking about getting side swept bangs?

-- if you have any pics of ideas or websites that would have hair styles like that please let me know :]

Btw:

Idk if this would help but im black/white?

Anyone have any pics or ideas off haircutts that?

darling take a look you this site you have many options chao bambina http://www.beautyfeast.com/Female-Celebr...

Anyone have any pics or ideas off haircutts that?

Don't cut it that short! Cut it around bra strap length and get the side swept bangs (keep the curly hair). That style is GORGEOUS. You would be sooo cute!

Also, if you want to cut it shorter still after the mid-back cut, go ahead.

Oh, and please keep your curly hair! I have bone straight hair and would looovve to have curly hair.

I need help from a real hairstylist!!!?

My hair is just below my shoulder. and I want to grow it out to where carri underwoods hair is. My hair is already thick and naturally wavy. but can you also give me a picture of her with really big curly hair. And tell me how to style it like that.

Oh yah do you know any tricks to grow your hair faster?

thanks.%26lt;3

I need help from a real hairstylist!!!?

Honestly, like most celebrities, Carrie Underwood probably has hair extensions to give her the length she has. Hair extensions can make the hair wavy and she probably has a team of hairdressers making her look so perfect. Have you tried the easy way out with clip in hair extensions? They are a lot of fun and look very natural. You can try these out at Sally Beauty Supply. They have all lengths and colors.

Just visit Carrie Underwood's website, there are a million pictures of her on her site at http://www.carrieunderwoodofficial.com

I need help from a real hairstylist!!!?

hi ,

The only way to grow your hair long but at the same time keep it healthy is to let it grow and get it cut often like once a month. But dont get too much off.

To get it like hers you need to gently curl it and dont have naturally wavy!!!

hope i helped!

x

I need help from a real hairstylist!!!?

I went to hair school, worked with alot of people that said the same thing as you. Go and buy a BIG curling iron, section little iddy biddy sections and re-define your curls. its really not that hard. spray hair spray just once on your hair while your hair is still wrapped around the curling iron, unwrap it and start on the next section. They cant be big sections cause your hair is thick and it wont even effect your hair if huge sections are trying to be curled. I suck at useing words, but hope that helps. She just uses a big curling iron and hair spray, all it is. TIME consumed, definitaly.

I need help from a real hairstylist!!!?

all of the above answer's + try taking a sea kelp tablet, this does help with growth.

I need help from a real hairstylist!!!?

There are no tricks whatsoever for growing hair faster. I can tell you, that you can attain healthy hair by brushing your hair with a soft bristle brush for a good ten minutes daily, as it stimulates your scalp by getting the blood circulating. Get your ends trimmed every six weeks, eat healthy, drink lots of water each day, %26amp; don't smoke. Smoking affects your hair, skin, %26amp; nails. Your best bet is to find a pic of Carrie, then take it to the salon, get the proper haircut for that hairstyle, %26amp; watch %26amp; see how she styles it. :)

I have curly & dry hairs?

they are very dry. I cant make any style.

I have curly %26amp; dry hairs?

you should probably try using dove shampoo and conditioner... i use them and they work amazingly. they make your hair easy to style, and brush.

I have curly %26amp; dry hairs?

use youghert with egg white. apply once a week for half an hour. hairs will be more manageable and softer.

I have curly %26amp; dry hairs?

use COCONUT MILK to moisturize your hair.its a very good aid to your hair.you know what?i use it everyday and my hair is very soft, smooth and shiny.so use COCONUT MILK now!!!

I have curly %26amp; dry hairs?

i think using coconut oil might help you...

I have curly %26amp; dry hairs?

use any shampoo but garniers' long and strong conditioner after it.

u can probably do nothing to their style but u can change ur style according to them

like wear jeans with a cool shirt over

I have curly %26amp; dry hairs?

you should try Kerasilk by Goldwell. It makes all dry hair feel really soft. There is a shampoo,, conditioner and a treatment..its works wonderfully.

For prom I am wanting a different hair style.?

Something other than up and curly. I was thinking something on the side. maybe a side pony and curly or a side bun??I need help

For prom I am wanting a different hair style.?

Ok, you could try to let your hair down, straighten it, and on one side close to the ear, have a little portioned picked up with a cute clip the color of your dress. If not, then do a side pony, a little messy, or a nice little ponytail that has 1/2 of your hair up[ ad the half down but to the side, then make a nice little bun thingy or a flower with the hair and make it look all elegant, but have some hair down too.

Lost curls and hay for hair after dye: Advice and Help!?

I dyed my hair a lot over the past year. 2 weeks ago I wanted to go back to my natural blonde from brown and went to a new salon got it all highlighted. The color is beautiful but it looks awful and like hay. Did this stylist use a different or cheaper brand of color? She told me to wear it curly for a few weeks before straightening so I wouldn't damage (I had beautiful curls like Keri Russell). However when I tried to scrunch my hair it lays deads, like hay, knotty with no curls just product and wet. Since I can't curl it and it has this yucky straw look I want to straighten it but not kill it. What should I do, I want my curls back?! I've been trying to grow it long but is it a good idea to cut it short so it can grow more naturally, what products to use, etc, how to style it? Thanks!!

Lost curls and hay for hair after dye: Advice and Help!?

Ok, dying your hair a lot is soooooooooooo damaging and can easily have your hair turn to a straw like texture. So what you should do is buy a really intense conditioner. Go to a hair salon and tell then your problem, ask for something that will fix it. I know that this same thing happened to me and I used a really super intese conditioner substance and it really made it better. Hope this helps a bit!

Lost curls and hay for hair after dye: Advice and Help!?

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It seems that your hair has been over-processed and needs time to readjust to its natural pH balance. Going lighter is never good for your hair, so take the time to do some conditioning treatments, and don't do any other chemical treatments for a good month or two at the least!

The best thing to do is get the stressed parts cut off gradually, because the longer you leave it, the more it will be damaged. I understand you want long hair again, so take it easy with the styling for now, get conditioning treatments done, and get regular trims and no more highlighting for the time being.

Don't fuss too much with trying to straighten it. That only makes it worse. You could try fluff drying it and setting it on large hot rollers until they are cool. Take the rollers out and finger style until you are happy with the look.

The curls will come back.

Hope this helps!

Lost curls and hay for hair after dye: Advice and Help!?

Well first you need to start conditioning it with moisture and protein. The protein is to make it strong again and if used to much can make it dried out. So I say use that once a week and the moisture treatment twice a week. You will notice a difference. Get it trimmed if you haven't already and lay off the straightening for a while. She probably used a high developer and it got fried. she should have explained to you that going blonde after being brown is a process and can be damaging. You see color can't remove color only bleach so you have to higtlight and bleach can be very damaging. Try using M.O.P. Products for their protein and moisture. Also make sure you are using GOOD shampoo. Good Luck!

Hair problems...?

okay, so im getting my hair cut this week, and i know what i want(basically) but i can't for the life of me find a picture. My hair is:

-dark brown(dyed)

-it has an off center left part

-its not really thin, but it isnt thick either...

-curly, and sorta frizzy

-and its about 2 inches past my armpits..

Also, every morning i wash my hair, put de frizz in it, dry it, then straighten it.. I usually(scratch that.. ALWAYS) wear it up at school...

I want my hair to have side bangs but i want them to be long enough to fit behind my ears, or be pinned back.. I want them to be as short as possible, as long as they fit this desc.

I also want my hair to be layered.. as short of layers as possible.(just as long a they reach a hair elastic)

I don't want it to be much shorter than it is..

my questions are:

do you think my ideas would look good?

what are some other possible styles i could get?(please include pics!!)

and(most important) can you find any pictures of my description??

Hair problems...?

My hair is pretty similar but I would say don't get your bangs to long or they will grow out in like a week!!! Even if they are a too short to go behind your ear you can always pin them. Also if you hair is frizzy/curly try aquage defining gel its seriously the best hair "tamer" in the world.

These are super cute:

Hair Help :)?

Ok so I have Auburn-ish Brown hair and its down to my arm pit, I consider myself pretty lucky because my hair is easy to straighten and easy to get an even wave, (it naturally dries curly underneath and wavy-ish on top). If I want my hair to be curly, I just scrunch it up after I get out of the shower and put some gel in it, but I hate how it gets so crusty!! I usually wear my hair down or in a pony. I want a change!!!

So.......

If any of you guys have suggestions on how to wear my hair?

or tell me what you prefer (wavy, straight or curly)? and some products would be nice!! :)

p.s. I'm 14 so nothing too fancy...just styles that i can wear to school

Hair Help :)?

i'm 14 too. and my hair is like the same way only a little shorter. i let my hair dry naturally and than i curl the top layer so it's all nice loose curls. to hold them in, i use the herbal essences body envy hair spray. it makes your hair smell amazing and it's not super crunchy. i love the stuff. or if you want to go straight i'd get the paul mitchell flat iron. it's around 100 bucks but it's WAYYY worth it. it works amazingly. or you could wear your hair in two pigtail braids. if you leave some pieces out than it doesn't look so "i'm in 2nd grade" or wear some thick stretchy headbands to keep your hair out of your face and wear the rest up in a messy bun. it takes like two minutes. when you wear the headbands with down hair they look cute too.

i hope i help...

katie elizabeth =]

Hair Help :)?

see if your hairdryer has a diffuser attachment. get a curl activating spray but dont use too much, and then diffuse your hair. it makes curls but not crunchy like scrunching. very pretty!

Hair Help :)?

here u go its my fav website to fins CUTE hairstyles!

Picture day tomorrow!!!?

Ok, my picture get taken for the yr book during my 7th period class!!!! I hate it when its that late cause my hair gets messed up!!!

What kind of style for my hair can last all day, with out it getting frizzy or currly unless the hair style is curly then thats fine....

Picture day tomorrow!!!?

if your hair is curly, i would suggest maybe just letting it be natural?

or curling it?

Then you can slide a headband on if it gets a bit out of control. I like those kinds of hairdos, they look cute and simple.

Don't forget to smile!

Picture day tomorrow!!!?

Maybe put it up in a clip, but keep taking it out every other period so that it doesn't get kinked. This works to keep my hair smooth and in control until the rest of the day because I have thick, coarse hair. I don't know about your's though.

Or, you can just try and hair spray it.

Picture day tomorrow!!!?

use a good anti frizz cream or serum (i love garnier fructis smoothing milk) and put your hair back in a cute headband with some pieces in the front. this looks really cute if your hair is a bit wavy or curly.

Talking about hair styles, my suggestion is that you (yourself) must feel comfort and look good. Don't care what people say, another person to judge your look will be your boyfriend or husband. Because they are males and close to you, thus they can give you a very true answer on your hair style that suit you.

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

Mine is wavy\curly and it is alittle bit past my shoulders

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

Curly - like you a bit past the shoulders. It would appear longer, but the curls shrink when they dry.

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

Naturally platinum blond and spiral curly, but now it is a Pixie cut which completely eliminated the curl factor.

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

wavy/straight 2-3 in. below shoulder

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

mine is a boring brown boring straight!!!

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

naturally blonde, straight and it's like halfway down my back.

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

poofy and wavy. its to my shoulders.

it doesnt look like an afro, its just that i have a lot of hair. but when i put it up in a bun or ponytail, you would never suspect that my hair is wavy and all.

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

a few inches under my shoulders.thin.wavy/curly

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

mine goes a little below my bra strap....it is dead straight and medium born..

its nice and shiny...i use herbal essence curly wavy to give it a nice bouncy and heavy feel

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

extremly curly, when dy it appears to be by my shoulders, but when straighten, to my elbow!!!!

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

My hair is naturally wavy and curly, and it is a few inches past my shoulders. I have it layered and highlighted. Usually, I wash my hair in the morning, put some hair products in it, such as leave-in conditioner, anti-frizz serum, smoothing spray, and glossing spray, and then I blow-dry it. It's usually better to do it this way, rather than air-drying it or leaving it to dry overnight, because this way it doesnt get as frizzy as it would otherwise.

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

Mine is very wavy, but not necessarily curly. It comes about 3-4 inches past my shoulder when natural and about 5, maybe 6, when straightened. The hair color is a dirty brownish blonde, but it is a golden in the summer. Why are you asking this question anyways? It seems kind of random...lol. :) Hope whatever I said helped!

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

My hair is naturally curly, and comes to the top of my jeans.

What is ur natural hair style? And how long is it?

Naturally wavy...it is past my boobies!! ;)

Help! Need Hair Advice???

Hello. I need some hair advice. I am a guy and a highschool student. I have very thick and fine hair that becomes frizzy and poofy if I don't put some kind of styling product in it. My hair also tends to be curly, wavy, and hard to control. Now I hate my hair short so I need to know what I can do with me hair to keep it under control while its long. Can anyone help me?

Help! Need Hair Advice???

use a curl control serum works fabulous on your type of hair....

Help! Need Hair Advice???

go see a hairstylist they will be the best help....but my opinion is some type of curling mouse

What are good strengthening products for babyfine hair?

I normally keep my hair long but got cut above my shoulders 2-3 months ago. I have always had baby fine hair and pretty much the same style (lengthy bangs w/ the rest of my hair long %26amp; naturally curly). My dad has thick coarse wavy hair and my mom has straight fine thinning hair. I'm worried that as I get older, my hair will thin out like my moms.

What are good strengthening products for babyfine hair?

Nioxin makes an awesome line of thickening shampoos or conditioners to volumize or regrow hair. Try their weekly strenthening conditioner, it works miracles without weighing hair down! It is called Weightless Reconstructing Masque, and if you use that with their daily shampoo and conditioner, it makes a huge difference. I have hair finer than yours, color treated, and it is a life saver.

What are good strengthening products for babyfine hair?

I know what you are going through. I have a large medulla in my hair. It causes hair to not curl. A light body wave will help

What are good strengthening products for babyfine hair?

A freind of mine in California years ago had long red braids that went to the floor and then trailed another three feet behind her. I asked her the secret to keeping that hair so nice. She gave me the following advice:

a) wash it once a month with baby shampoo

b) never blow dry it

c) when it's dry, brush rosemary oil through it

d) keep it in a braid between washings

The most important is the rosemary oil. It keeps the ends from splitting, helps keep the hair from breaking, and makes the hair shine pretty. Also, taking a good vitamin B complex also promotes healthy hair. The natural alternative is to make and eat home made bread. The baker's yeast in bread will provide you all the vitamin B you'll ever need. I prefer to get my vitamin B in a good imported dark beer...

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

I have short blonde hair. I style it up with gel sometimes. When it is long it starts to get a little curly. Some girls say its sexy long, others like it short, any insights from all you hotties out there?

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

Long black hair is hot!

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

it is sexy long

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

long hair always looks awesome by a party or other occasions. If u have a fuller face, loong hair looks better.Short hair however always looks cute if ur adventerous and have a thin face , try a pixie cut, my friend hs that. Also long hair looks good with big curls.

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

long

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

i personnaly like long hair. especially on blondes. but if you have redish/brownish hair colour, than short is best.

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

i think long is much sexxier

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

Mine is short and gray, pretty much like my avatar.

I like short hair. Easier and faster to take care of.

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

I'd find it sexier if it was even shorter.

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

I keep my hair short because a)It's easier to care for, and b) Long hair for me isn't a good idea: I get sick and headachy.

I personally would say whatever length suits you and natural: A person who's naturally a blond would look rather odd with dark hair, for instance. But a natural blond would probably look very good with red hair too.

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

It depends on the shape of your face and the style more than the length. Hair with more volume (and curl) is better for thin faces because it makes the face appear fuller. But thin straight and sexy with choppy (but tasteful) layers will make a round face look less baby fatty and thin it out (fringed feather cut with ends that can be worn in and curling out). Your hair style can also affect your height. For me, short is the way to go. I have a cut that hits just below my collarbone. It has volume and is wavy when it air drys. When I let it air dry I straighten my bangs and sweep them to the side, pairing it with a french twsit and a headband with tails or, on a playful weekend, pigtails hitting the nap of the neck to control any frizz. And on evenings I straighten it and use products to make me look slender, sexy and sophisticated. It works for me.

Long or short hair? (and what color) (girls answer, guys can also)?

Go longer %26amp; curly.

Curly hair is gorgeous.

What kind of hair styling product can i use on my straighten hair whithout curling it back...?

i've tried gel..but its kinda wet so it reacts like water on my hair...is there somehitng like hair wax that makes ure hair water proof n u can swim n all that whithout getting it curly?

What kind of hair styling product can i use on my straighten hair whithout curling it back...?

No, there isn't any product that works like that.

You can get your hair chemically straightened at a hair salon and it'll stay straight when you get it wet. That's the only thing that would work.

What kind of hair styling product can i use on my straighten hair whithout curling it back...?

Serum - it doesnt have water if u look at the ingredients

Would you recommend hair relaxers?

I have wavy frizzy hair, its not too curly but it has no shape and it takes too long to style, I would like to know if anyone here has used those products and what was your experience?

Thanxx!!

Would you recommend hair relaxers?

use dark and lovely or isoplus

Would you recommend hair relaxers?

i use them all the time hasn't done anything to my hair but my natural hair is course.I dont recommend you use it but if so use a kid one for fine hair texture

Would you recommend hair relaxers?

Mmm, I suggest not doing it. If you do, use a kids one (I forgot the name of a good one though, sorry!).

Well, if you want defined waves/curls, you could always wet your hair %26amp; apply Sunsilk Frizz Ease (green bottle) and then use mousse to give it extra hold (find a curl defining one. I use Tresseme). You could also use hairspray, but I like mousse just fine. Then you can put your hair up/style it anyway you want.

I hope this helps!

*Homecoming!* My BFs homecoming is this weekend and I've never gotten my hair done before!?

My BF's homecoming is this weekend and I've never had a date before to a dance and I've never gotten my hair done either! My hair is strawberry-blonde, VERY corse and curly (think frizzy ringlets), and THICK! I really don't like my hair down but if that's what it takes then fine! I want to look really cute, but have a different style for the next weekend for my own homecoming because I have a different dress and I want a completly different look!

PLEASE HELP!

*Homecoming!* My BFs homecoming is this weekend and I've never gotten my hair done before!?

Your hair sounds so unique! I'm jealous.

Maybe put it half up (especially if you have bangs). Then clip it back with a beautiful clip that matches your dress.

How about trying a sleek high ponytail?

Just make sure that whatever you do is comfortable and secure. You don't want to worry about your hair when you're kicking *** on the dance floor.

Congratulations on your date! Good luck!

Flat iron or curling iron to get these curly results?

http://static.flickr.com/64/203665170_0f...

(Girl on the left)

I want to get those results (something like that) but I have asian, veryyy thick, stubborn, straight hair that never styles and literally only holds a curl for 30-60min. I really need a good recommendation but nothing over $105. I heard CHI flat irons hold curls long but then they brake fast and I've heard Sedu works good for all but I'm still skeptical. I heard Babyliss is good but not many reviews on that and I heard Revlon is good but since it's cheap I have second thoughts. I want something that will hold the curl in for a long time. And of course not make my hair look crazy. Same with the results when you straighten (because I sometimes have dents in my hair). Recommended products to hold in the style will also help. Every bit of information will truly help. THANKS!! =]

Flat iron or curling iron to get these curly results?

curlying iron

Flat iron or curling iron to get these curly results?

you need to try styling products on the hair when you style it...try "Spray Starch" by REDKEN....spritz it on each section...THEN use your flat or curling iron.....you should notice an obvious difference....and your curls will stay!

good luck!!

Flat iron or curling iron to get these curly results?

how about perm?? you can get that look permanently,, and use flat iron if you want it straight,,

ok,, here's some tips with flat iron,, i own chi iron which i love it,, don't buy those cheap ones,, never works,, chi iron has ceramic plates and it smoothly glides thru your hair,, never pulls your hair,, i had it for more than 4 years and it works good.

I'm not sure about making curls with the iron,, you might have to practice with it,,

and making the curls last longer?? use hair spray each section before curling it,, lightly spray it on the hair,, it will help the curl stay longer,, and don't forget to clean the iron plate once in awhile,,

Flat iron or curling iron to get these curly results?

If I were you I would buy a really good set of hot rollers. not just cheap Conair ones, but ones directly from a salon. Go to the hair salon and ask if they have anything that would give you the desired results. My hair is stubborn with a curl too. Its very thick and the curl falls out within an hour. The key is to get it hot enough that it will maintain the curl, just like you would need a high end straightner to maintain a straight style if you had curly hair.

In the photograph, it looks like it was done with a medium barrel curling iron, as she has a really clean curl. This is going to be REALLY hard to achieve with any type of device. My best guess is that this girl was born with perfect hair. So don't let your expectations be unrealistic, but give the rollers a go. Make sure to roll almost all the way up. If your hair is long, the top will flatten out first because of the weight. If it is shorter, you may be able to stop about 2/3 of the way to your roots.

Before I purchased expensive rollers, I tried cheap ($7.00) sponge rollers and put them in very maticulously (to avoid any pieces sticking off at strange angles) when my hair was still damp from the shower. I left them for about an hour and a half. This will give you an idea of how it will look prior to investing money, and to see how well it curls without the heat. It was worth the money ;)

Flat iron or curling iron to get these curly results?

for the pic that you showed it looks like a curling iron because the curls are thicker and separated. You can see where the curling iron was. And, even though you see all the videos and stuff on youtube about how to curl with a straightener and you see it work, it doesnt look that great or stay in all day. So, i would suggest a Curling Iron with a like a 1 1/2 inch barrell

How to do your hair like this?

puting it up in bobby pins so its curly in the moring? how do you do it? any tips suggestions? a girl did it on mona lisa smile, (julia styles charecter) and her hair was so cute during the movie. any help please!

How to do your hair like this?

the usual way to do it.. omg i need pics to show you.

you open the bobby pin, place a strand of hair in the middle. place it at the root and work your way up, wrap your hair around each side of the bobby pin, like the figure 8 you'll wrap your hair around the pin till there's no more room, then use an other bobby pin to hold it down the middle,... it's easier to do it when your hair is dry, and use a straightned to press of your hair to keep the shape, then gently take the middle pin out. it's not complexe but impossible to explain... but I've tried it and it want stay in your hair long enought to dry, it'll fall off if you sleep on it or let it go for to long...

How to do your hair like this?

it was a movie. it was probably styled different than the roller pins looked to portray

How to do your hair like this?

ooo it's kind of hard to do on yourself but...you divide your hair into about one inch sections, placing the part wherever you choose...ok it's a lot to explain check out the website. If I'm understanding what you mean this is what to do.

How to do your hair like this?

My mom used to curl her hair that way every night. After she showered she would twirl pieces of her hair then make like a ring with it up against her head and bobby pin it, and in the morning it would be all curly.............

How to do your hair like this?

yeah that's how my mom used to do it.

its called pin curls.

take freshly washed (damp) hair and separate them into one inch sections. take a section and twist it as tightly as you possibly can, the secure it with a bobby pin. do this with the rest of you sections. its sort of hard to do so i would ask someone to help you.

then put a shower cap or a bandanna on your head and go to sleep.

in the morning spray it with some hairspray then blow dry to finish it off. Take out the pins.

curls baby!

Headaches due to hair?

Could it be possible if your hair is long and thick to get headaches. I wear my hair in a ponytail EVERYDAY. I'm not very paitent when it comes to doing my hai and obviously I am low maintence. I have a toddler a baby so I don't want them pulling on it. I don't want to style it and it is pretty curly, I think right now its not so curly due to the weight of my hair. Is it possible my headaches are caused by my hair. Any suggestions on what kind of hair sytle will only take about 5 minutes a day.

Headaches due to hair?

i think it's possible to get headaches, if ur pony is too tight!

u could put it up in a bun or a "mini ponytail" that only uses half of ur hair and the rest of it is down, u kno what i'm talkin about

Headaches due to hair?

Tottaly possible, I have had a lot of clients that have had this problem, you can keep your hair long, i suggest putting layers in your hair, it can remove a lot of weight, and your hair will still be eay to tie back ;)

What is your favorite hair style?

PLEASE READ THIS

What is your favorite hair style?

i love my hair a little past my shoulders, lightly layered, and pin straight, i have namtural blonde highlights (they pretty much take over my head now) but on guys i love short (like buzz cut ish) black or dark brown hair, or long ish blonde hair

What is your favorite hair style?

I have natuarally curly hair, so i really like straight hair, but if i could get my hair to cooperate, i would prbably like curly hair too! well thanks for the best answer!! Report It

What is your favorite hair style?

I have brown hair down to my butt,It's a bit wavy,I like to wear it down or in a pony tail,it's fast and easy!

What is your favorite hair style?

like blond hair up in a french type roll

What is your favorite hair style?

What is your favorite hair style?

What is your favorite hair style?

For me, I just put some mousse in and let it air dry so that it's voluminous. Also, in the summer I usually get light brown highlights.

On a girl (as in my girlfriend), I like German (reverse French) braids...but French braids are nice too. I like dark brown hair best with blonde highlights.

Tips on straightening medium length fine hair?

What products are good for straightening medium length (just at shoulders) fine hair? It閳ユ獨 not overly curly but it is wavy and prone to frizz out if I do too much to it. I閳ユ獡 not good at styling to begin with. I閳ユ獡 looking for a product to use in my hair as I blow dry to straighten it out. But something that really works -- so far I haven閳ユ獩 found anything.

What type of brush is best when blow drying -- should it be a large flat brush or a large round brush? I get conflicting info on brushes.

What is the best brand/size flat iron to use?

Thanks for the help!

Tips on straightening medium length fine hair?

i have about the same type of hair,

i love the stuff from design line (local salons carry it) they have a flat iron spray you spray on before you straighten and then when your done use a pomade, to keep frizz and fly aways down

also get a straightening shampoo and cond, and either a frizz type of shamp/cond to use also

i like a flat brush when i blow dry, also paul mitchell have good products and one i like is this slick gloss for when i blow dry

Tips on straightening medium length fine hair?

Large flat brush, I have one. They tend to give you less volume, but it's incredubly confortable. Try a normal striahgtener (Bedhead, $50-70, or Conair, $15-25), then use Garnier Fructis AntiFrizz Serum. That's what my friend does.

Tips on straightening medium length fine hair?

if you have short hair than try a thin hair straighter for better fine hair

I see that fringes are the new style to have???

I need some help. I閳ユ獫e have got the hairdressers tonight and I am wanting something different. I have had the same style hair cut for years now.

I have an oblong shaped face, medium length hair, wavy/curly, brown with highlights. (I get told that when my hair is straight I look a bit like Jennifer Aniston, just to give you an idea of what I look like)

I have been looking for days on the net for styles, but just so many, and not sure what would suit.

I see that fringes are the new thing to have???

Any idea to help me?

I see that fringes are the new style to have???

having layers at the front and bottom of your hair with a fringe looks nice

I see that fringes are the new style to have???

go with fringe. or look at jennifer's styles, and pick the one u think looks good on her :P

I see that fringes are the new style to have???

go with something diferent and that makes u confident....i personnally like side swept bangs

I see that fringes are the new style to have???

bangs would probably be the way to go, i had bangs a few months back, my hair was ear lengthed, and i have a round face, they looked amazing. i also have a few friend that had long hair and bangs,(one girls face is very narrow). they look great on everybody and with your type of hair you can wear the bangs straight and the rest curly for a kindof greek look, but beware you might get tired of them after awhile

I see that fringes are the new style to have???

They are kind of coming into style that you have right ... i'm not sure if your face complextion would look good with that I would ask your hair dresser... um i think dark brown is the hair color you should go with its eaier to take care of than blonde hair because blonde hair looks dirty a lot of times... but idk i huess its kind of what you want

My hair is an absolute mess, please help.?

Please help... i HATE my hair.

it is wavy, but not curly...thus it is very frizzy and i just look disgusting. at the very same time, the top part gets oily. plus, my hair is constantly tangling, it's hard to run my fingers through my hair. i would liken the consistency of my hair to that of straw...it always has that unkept look about it, there is a lot of it but at the same time it always looks a bit scraggly. and like i said, at the same time, it gets oily pretty quickly at the top. what do i do?

here is what i do now:wash and condition my hair every day, use leave in conditioner, and when its dry spray it with this glossy spray to help make it shiny.

i would also be open to learning new styles of doing my hair, as i usually just stick to a part in the middle. boring.

thanks!

My hair is an absolute mess, please help.?

Well..you are the one making your hair oily! Do NOT use conditioner at the top of your head, only on the ends...and NO leav-in condtiioner..and don't use the shine spray either..well atleat not too much and not by your roots...

if it's frizzy get a smoothing serum..but dont apply it to your roots..start from the bottom when applying it, so by the time you work your hair to the top you don;t have much product in your hands...

use detangler on your hair after your shower to help you comb through it better, and make sure you comb your hair when its wet..not after its already dry!

andddd..how to style it.....

when you get out of shower:

towel dry

comb

blow dry it while using a big paddle brush (or any brush you have really)

and keep brushing thru it while dryin it

if you don;t want a middle part...start parting it off to the side

or take a square section right at the middle of your hairline and bobby pin it back

good luck

have fun and expiriment :)

P.S. I SAW YOUR ADDED DETAILS AND........

there are a lot of people who use conditioner at the top of thier head..no need to 'duh' me...

i was just giving you advice, and As a part of my job as a licensed hairdresser i felt it right to inform you of any possible reason your hair may be oily...

So...if you can't find anything else to help your oily root area, id suggest using either baby powder or another type of powder made specifically for your hair..you can put it on your brush and then comb or run some thru your roots with your hands..

and again good luck

My hair is an absolute mess, please help.?

Yaay! another question about hair help. So you could either go for two looks, straight or curly. I'm guessing right now that you're somewhere inbetween and its not working out. To go for the straight look I would use a straightening shampoo and conditioner everyday like the one by Herbal Esseences or Sunsilk. I wouldnt recommend leave in conditioner tho. Then blowdry it and create a nice side part and i suggest getting side bangs on the one side. Then apply a straightening product like the one by Got2Be and blowdry your hair. Use a really good straightener like the CHI, or just a normal cloth iron would work very well too!

Then for the curly look, after getting out of the shower part your hair, and scrunch it while your head is upside down and apply a little gel. Then once it completely drys take a curling iron and curl random pieces for a finished look. Then spray with hairspray. If you need anymore help just message me. Hope this helps.

If anyone knows some cute styles, or a website that shows how to do some cute styles....PLEASE let me know!! im sick of pulling it up like everyday! Thank you so much!!

Bring pictures of her with you to a GOOD salon. It's hard, because some of them (well, most of them really) won't give you just what you want and go with what they've been taught is are good styles, but if you can find one that someone recommends, go for it.

Hair Problem.?

For the past few years I've had my hair at shoulder length and cut in layers, which should've thinned out my hair, or so my hairdresser told me. I loved the layers for a while.

I'm currently 18, got bangs in my hair which I love. But my layers make my hair way too poofy. I'm in the process of growing out my layers but it's at a horrendous stage.

My layers are so far grown just past half the length of my hair. I trim my hair every 2 months to cut the ends. But I have the problem now where the upper half of my hair is becoming straight and ALL the volume is in the bottom of my hair where all the layers still are. I've tried styling or straightening my hair but the bottom half goes back being wavy when I go outside and even curly when it has rained. I've tried hairspray to keep it how I want it but it's not working. Straightening, works at home. When I go out, volume comes back.

Any help or tips for timebeing until my layers are fully grown out? If it's any help, I have rather dry hair.

Hair Problem.?

I FEEL YOUR PAIN, not currently, but about two years ago. I thought it was a "me" problem. Dry Oil was my cure. I bought a small tub of it at my beauty salon for $20 and it lasted me a year using it everyday. Only apply it to the frizzy part of your hair, if your roots are ok, and if your top layer is ok then leave it alone. get about a dime size scoop in your hands and warm it up in your hands (until it thins out and covers most of your hands) then just lightly pull you oily hands through the troubling spots in your hair. It is AMAZING the very first time you use it, and it only improves the condition of your hair over time. Now I only use it on really humid days and my hair looks great almost all the time. It really improved my hair alot.

Hair Problem.?

try moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. i use tresseme. they have different types for damaged hair or dry hair, etc. it is sold in most department stores such as target. although i have naturally straight hair, so it doesn't frizz too much, my friend has really curly/frizzy hair and she says it helps a lot.

Hair Problem.?

im srry but.. u will have 2 cut ur hair where the layers begin. leave thick sidebangs. same thing happened 2 me. cutting my hair helped A LOT! then 2 get more volume on top w/ less on the bottom.. use a clear shampoo all over ur hair. then get a conditioner and condition ONLY ABOUT 3-4 INCHES DOWN FROM UR SCALP!!!!!!!!!!! this is super important!!! do not condition ur scalp!!! well..unless it is seriously dry.. if u want a little waves braid ur hair @ night. remember! no worthless crap brands!! avoid suave, white rain,etc.... only get professional brands. i highly suggest: redken, nexxus, tresemme, dove, or garnier fructis. they r high quality brands. (the only ones i use!)

hope this helps!!!!!!!!

I need wavy hair.?

I am a fifteen year old white kid with curly caucasian hair. I have had it for all of my life and am finally sick of it. when i grew it out a bit, i would straighten it before school and then put on a hat before school started and it looked awsome. I had girls chking me out and everything. Btu than i would run around for a bit or itd get wet and it would go back to normal. I have tried curlaway which hasnt helped so far and ive been using it for like 3 weeks. Now i have cut it short and resort to blow drying it to the style i want, which still goes bak to normal when i get it wet or sweaty or humid. Someone please let me know of a product or chemical straightning product or relaxer that can make my curly caucasian hair WAVY so that i can take a shower or run around and my hair wont go back to normal. Please someone with experience with the product they are mention should answer. I am only fifteen so it has to be fair priced. Please give me the place to buy it at too. Thanks alot.

Hairstyles....???

if you straigten your hair your hair whould look cute with the link below

http://www.hairzingers.com/MediumBob.jpg

Hairstyles....???

You have an oval face, which is what people want, so luck you! People with your face shape can really do whatever they want with their hair, the question is do you like it straight or curly? If you like it straight, I would get a cute bob (no bangs), which will cut down on your straightening time. If you like the curly, I would get a layered cut just beyond your shoulders and some curl creme. I would stay away from bangs, however. They can look odd curly and are hard to keep straightened.

Forgot to add some pics of what I'm taking about.
