What are good strengthening products for babyfine hair?

I normally keep my hair long but got cut above my shoulders 2-3 months ago. I have always had baby fine hair and pretty much the same style (lengthy bangs w/ the rest of my hair long %26amp; naturally curly). My dad has thick coarse wavy hair and my mom has straight fine thinning hair. I'm worried that as I get older, my hair will thin out like my moms.

Nioxin makes an awesome line of thickening shampoos or conditioners to volumize or regrow hair. Try their weekly strenthening conditioner, it works miracles without weighing hair down! It is called Weightless Reconstructing Masque, and if you use that with their daily shampoo and conditioner, it makes a huge difference. I have hair finer than yours, color treated, and it is a life saver.

I know what you are going through. I have a large medulla in my hair. It causes hair to not curl. A light body wave will help

A freind of mine in California years ago had long red braids that went to the floor and then trailed another three feet behind her. I asked her the secret to keeping that hair so nice. She gave me the following advice:

a) wash it once a month with baby shampoo

b) never blow dry it

c) when it's dry, brush rosemary oil through it

d) keep it in a braid between washings

The most important is the rosemary oil. It keeps the ends from splitting, helps keep the hair from breaking, and makes the hair shine pretty. Also, taking a good vitamin B complex also promotes healthy hair. The natural alternative is to make and eat home made bread. The baker's yeast in bread will provide you all the vitamin B you'll ever need. I prefer to get my vitamin B in a good imported dark beer...
