I'm still having poofy hair problems!! Help?

Okay, so I already asked this question and got a lot of good answers. What I usually did was like wash it, sometimes blow dry it, brush it, ect, and it was horrid.

So I changed to:

-Use sunsilk anti-poof shampoo and conditioner

-Use sunsilk anti-poof 24/7 creme

-Use a wide-toothed comb

-Not towel drying hair, air-drying

But it's still freaking poofy and frizzy! Nothing is working, nothing. It's SO POOFY AND BIG! I just want to cut it off or kill myself.. I cannot live with my hair up forever. It's not fair. Why do I have bad hair and everyone else has nice, straight or curly thin, beautiful hair??

Please, I need help. Does anyone know how I can tame my horrible, evil hair? I'd put a picture up but I don't have a camera...

I need to know specific shampoos, products, ect. I live on PEI in Canada.

Sunsilk anti-poof shampoo has sodium laureth which is apparently bad for poofy hair. So what do I use? What should I do to it? How do I style it?

You should try flat ironing your hair. I have naturally poofy hair and i just flat iron it to make it smooth and shiny.

use a a serum (from john freda or garnier) that controls frizz and poofiness.

get your hair thermally straightened. they put chemicals in for a while. then they wash it out and they seal it in with a straightening iron. your hair will be pin straight for 6 months to a year. it costs 600-1000 $

you can get your hair professionally thinned so it's not as poofy, but if you straighten your hair then it cuts down on the poofiness a lot, my friend has really poofy hair and she straightens it and it looks a lot less poofy, but you can also have it professionally thinned or even straightened, hope this helps

eliminates frizz . It's an Alexis Product. I hope it works!
